Delivery, returns and exchanges
How quickly will my package be delivered?
Orders placed on weekdays before 3:30 PM are shipped the same day. Delivery time is 1-2 business days ... most often just one!
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery to a pickup point is free for orders of 60€ or more. For orders of 60€ or more, home delivery can be added for 19 DKK. If you spend less than 60€, delivery to a pickup point costs 39 DKK, while home delivery costs 49 DKK.
I have not received my package yet. What should I do?
There can be several reasons why you have not received your package. If more than two business days have passed and your package still has not been delivered, please send us an email at contact@boombutik.dk. We will quickly make sure your package is on its way.
What happens if I do not pick up my order at the pickup point?
Your package will remain at the pickup point for 10 days. If you do not collect it in time, your package will be returned to us and you will be refunded.
How do I return an item?
It is really easy to return an item if you need to. Just create the return in our return portal. Here, you can exchange for free, get a gift card with a 10% bonus, or get your money refunded. When your return is created, you will receive a QR code that you can show at your nearest GLS pickup point. They can print a label for you.
For exchanges and gift cards, we will send your new package as soon as you have handed in your return. For refunds, once we have received and processed your return, we will refund you via the same payment method used for purchase. We keep 25 DKK for return shipping (which is less than what shipping with GLS costs us!) ✌️
Please remember that you cannot return clothing that has been used 🤕
Can I return multiple items from different orders in the same package?
Yes! If you return items from several orders, please include a note with the order numbers the items belong to. This makes it much easier for our warehouse to process the return package and the refund.
How long do I have to return an item?
You have 31 days to return your item from the day you receive your package.
How long does it take before you process my return and refund me?
As soon as our warehouse has registered and processed your return package, we will refund you 🏦 It takes 1-5 business days from the day we receive the return until we process and refund it.
How does exchanging work?
Did you order the wrong size, or would you like to exchange for another product? You can do both completely free through our return portal.
After you register your exchange, you can download a QR code as your return label, which can then be scanned at a GLS pickup point.
As soon as you hand in your return, we will ship your exchange, so you do not have to wait for our warehouse to receive and process the return.

What should I do if I received the wrong item or something is missing?
Our warehouse team really tries to minimize mistakes in packages, but unfortunately it can happen sometimes 😌 If there has been a packing error in your order, please email us at contact@boombutik.dk. Our sharp and friendly customer service team will take care of it. We are unfortunately not reachable by phone, but we will make sure to solve your issue as quickly as possible, and in these cases we always cover the extra shipping costs 🤝
My item is damaged?
From time to time, unfortunately, we may send an item with a defect, for example a seam that has come undone. We do our best to inspect the clothing, so thankfully this does not happen often, but if you experience it, please write to us at contact@boombutik.dk or on insta. Then Louise, Felix, or one of the others will solve the issue as quickly as possible ⚡
Order questions
How do I use my gift card?
When the gift card is purchased, you will receive an email with a code 🤗 Enter this code to the right of your contact details in the field called "enter discount code or gift card".
Can I change my order? Can I cancel my order?
Did something go wrong when you ordered, or did you change your mind about something you bought? Send an email to "contact@boombutik.dk". Feel free to write "URGENT" in the subject so we can clearly see it is urgent. Then we will do our best to cancel or change your order before it is packed.
I have not received my order confirmation?
This is most often caused by an incorrect email address or the email landing in your spam filter. If you cannot find it in spam, please email us and include the phone number and/or name you used when placing the order. Then we will resend your order confirmation.
Product questions
My desired clothing item is out of stock?!
The best thing you can do in this deeply unfortunate situation is to sign up for your desired item with your email address here on the website. As soon as the item is back on the shelves, you will receive an email with a direct ordering link ⚡
You are of course also always welcome to write to us at contact@boombutik.dk or insta, and we will share our best estimate of when it will be back.
Do you have a physical store?
Yes, we have a small store at Blågårdsgade 14, 2200 Copenhagen N. In addition to our regular online assortment, we also sell second-quality items at an even better price. You can read more about the store here.
Which size should I choose?
We would generally say the fit is quite true to size. So we usually recommend choosing the size you normally wear. That said, we ourselves wear many different sizes depending on how we want it to fit. For example, I, the person writing this FAQ, have clothes from this store in everything from M to XXL.
Our clothing is as basic as it gets, so it is not designed for any specific gender or body type - we truly think everyone can wear it.
